Rosemary Cracker Recipe!!

Serves: 24 crackers
You will need:
1 ¾ cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal mixed with 3 tbsp warm water)

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped


Mix your flax egg and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine your almond flour, rosemary, and salt.
Take a medium bowl, and whisk together the olive oil and your flax egg
Stir wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
Roll the dough into a ball and press between 2 sheets of parchment paper to ⅛ inch thickness.
Remove the piece of parchment paper on top.
Transfer the bottom piece with rolled out dough onto the baking sheet.
Cut dough into two-inch squares with a pizza cutter if you have one, or a knife.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden and delicious looking!!
Let your yummy gluten free crackers cool on a baking sheet for 30 minutes, then bon appétit!! :)
